En el siguiente cuadro tienes los enfrentamientos establecidos por Conferencias, con el horario estándar de USA y con su correspondiente hora en España. Las series son a 3 partidos, por lo que el tercer partido no se jugará si un equipo gana los dos primeros; por ese motivo el tercer partido no tiene horario establecido todavía.
